Adam Called Up

Adam has been named in the squad to face Iceland in a friendly at Firhill next week. It is unlikely that he will start, but hopefully he will make an appearance at some stage. Hopefully he won't get injured and will return to Love Street safe and sound. Strangely, there is no place for Chris Smith in any of the Scotland squads, despite the young goalkeeper's fine performances this season.

Simon Lappin and Kirk Broadfoot have both made appearances for the under 21s in the last 12 months, although neither is in the squad as they are both nowtoo old (plus Broadfoot is injured!). Hugh Murray was also capped during Saints title winning season of 1999/2000, as was his then team mate Sergei Baltacha.
