David Low current Clydebank chairman John Hall's representative and after hearing about the events today has said "I've not seen any of the papers but there's been a few calls. I've just spoken to Morton to confirm it's Cappielow in case they were freaked by newspapers. The situation hasn't changed since I last mentioned it. Specifically, Rankine was messing about and we had to lodge SFA and SFL annual returns with a registered ground so Dumbarton was out and St Mirren wanted £1,500 a game plus higher extra costs. So, it had to be Cappielow."
So while Stewart Gilmour may have had the impression that Clydebank would have been using Love Street for the small fee of £1,500 per game it turns out the homeless club will once again be using Cappielow.
