Dargo said a few weeks ago he was willing to stay on his terms and obviously his demands have been met. Hopefully, he is on far less than he was on before, or at least some sort of pay as you play deal. When he is fully fit we are a completely different team, but those occasions have been rare in the past few years. Fingers crossed he can finally get himself sorted in his third season with the club.
Mason has been poor this year so it is no surprise he has been let go. What is a surprise is that he was offered a new deal, which was then withdrawn when the Setanta debacle arose. A similar reason has been offered for Will Haining's departure, although I'd take that with a large pinch of salt. Whatever, does the fact we can't keep our current players mean we won't be bringing in anymore new ones?
Hopefully not. Manager Gus MacPherson is continuing his efforts to sign Franco Miranda permanently, while we still don't know what's happening with Camara's one year contract option.
