There will be a corporate golf day, a masters indoor football tournament and a fund-raising dinner, and there will probably be a few other events as well.
It is hoped that Shuggy's testimonial game will take place against English or foreign opposition sometime in the next year or so.
Apart from a short spell when he was without a club in 2002, Shuggy has now been at Love Street for ten years. In that time he has picked up two first division winner's medals and a Bell's Cup winner's medal, but he is perhaps most famous for his goal against Stirling Albion on 2nd May 1998 that kept the club in the first division and probably stopped it from going out of business.
