Dorman has played in the States for his entire career after signing up to a college scholarship with Boston University, and has played for the Revs for the last few years. he established himself in the team at the start of this season, acting as a replacement for Clint Dempsey following his move to Fulham.
Dorman is an attack minded midfielder who has scored a number of goals and will hopefully be quite creative. He will be registered as a Saints player on Tuesday afternoon when the transfer window opens, assuming the international clearance comes through, and could even make his debut against Gretna.
Andy has signed an 18 month deal with an option for a further year. Welcome to the club!
Saints boss Gus MacPherson has also revealed this afternoon that he is hoping to bring in a few more players before the window closes, but at least this time around we won't get to the end of January desperately hoping for our first signing.
