The Newcastle youngster, who bagged the equaliser against St Johnstone at the weekend, is only due to be a Buddie until the end of the year. Attempts are being made to extend it to the end of the season, but it is believed Hull City are interested in picking up the talented leftback. Dummett's contract is due to expire in the summer so it may be the Championship side waits until then to sign him.
It seems he has also been impressing people in the Welsh international set-up. Dummett has been capped at under-21 level but it seems moves are afoot to have him capped by the senior team in a bid to stop him being nicked by England.
A bright future awaits it seems - but hopefully he spends the next few months in Paisley.
