Dunn was released by Stirling Albion last summer and quickly snapped up by then Saints boss John Coughlin. He was played out of position for most of his year with Saints, sometimes on the left wing but usually up front. When he was played on the right wing, his preferred position, he looked decent, and after Christmas he started to look the part up front as well. He scored two goals, against Clyde and Brechin, but had some rather horrific misses as well.
One thing Robert could never be accused of was not giving his all, which is more than can be said for some players last season. He was with Dumbarton when they won promotion from division three a few years ago, and will no doubt play a major part in their bid to gain promotion to division one. Mirren Mad wishes him all the best.
