Howard was the surprise pick as first choice keeper at the start of the season, seeing off competition from Chris Smith for the number one jersey, and he has kept his place evr since. He has been in fine form most of the time, and while a move to Forest is perhaps possible, a switch to Ibrox seems a little far fetched. At best, he'd be third choice keeper and would be unlikely to see much, if any first team action.
Now that Dorman has recaptured his form, it was only a matter of time until he was linked with a move to England. Sheffield United are going well in the Championship so would be a good move for him, but it would cost the Yorkshire side a fair bit of money. The former New England Revolution midfielder is out of contract in the summer but the club has a one year option on his services.
It's worth noting that both players - like many others at Love Street - are represented by Base Soccer. It's also worth noting this news comes less than a week after Saints boss Gus MacPherson said talk of contract renewals hs been put on the backburner.
