How you can appeal when you're player spits onto a fellow professional is a mystery to me, especially as Falkirk manager John Hughes said he would accept the decision.
The story on the Falkirk website makes interesting reading, as they claim that O'Neil was merely clearing blood from his motuh after being elbowed by Millen. Right, and he decided to clear his mouth straight onto Millen's shirt, right in front of the referee!
The even better thing is the website claims that Scotsport's coverage will prove this. Since when did Scotsport catch anything? I haven't seen it, but understand they completely missed it.
So, Scotsport missed that, and Willie Young obviously feels that it was a deliberate spit. How do they plan to win the appeal?
