The chairmen of the two clubs, along with supporters and apparently even the sponsors are unhappy, but the SFL have stood firm and the game will go ahead in Airdrie rather than in Glasgow.
After both clubs complained, the SFL reconsidered the decision to hold the game at Airdrie United's ground. If you believe they took more than a few minutes to do that then you're an idiot.
It is claimed that New Broomfield has neither the capacity nor the facilities, either in the ground or nearby for such a game, but as a final has been held there in the past the SFL can't see the problem.
News on when the tickets go on sale should be out later this week.
