According to media reports this morning, police are aware of a number of fake tickets being available for this game. This is hardly a surprise - comments on Saints forum suggest the tickets weren't exactly the hardest to copy and it was only a matter of time until some idiots decided to do just that.
Police officers will discuss the situation and could postpone the game - although quite what that will solve is anyone's guess. Will new, harder to forge tickets be issued for the new game?
A far more likely course of action is they will just have stricter checks at Somerset Park on Saturday to ensure all briefs are genuine.
