Game Off!

There had been a few people expressing their doubts during the week about the game going ahead due to the forecast, and it seems that they were right. Whilst the pitch covers can cope with temperatures down to -4, it was down as low as -7 last night. Whilst most of the pitch is OK, one area of the pitch was causing a few concerns for the ref (probably the bit in front of the stand) and there was no option but to call it off.
No new fixture has yet been set, although hopefully it will be in February or March rather than a freezing November night!
