Grady Chooses Gretna Over Saints

Saints boss Gus MacPherson confirmed on Tuesday that Saints were after Grady, who had been released the day before by SPL side Dundee United. Partick Thistle and Gretna were in the chase for him and Grady has chosen the later and at least a year in the second division.

Personally I wasn't too bothered whether we signed Grady or not. He might still have been able to do a job for us but his scoring record is far form impressive.

Grady choosing Gretna does, however, leave us with a distinct lack of fit strikers and it's unlikely that the situation will have changed by Saturday.
