Saints managed four without reply, the goals coming from Kirk Broadfoot, trialist striker Eddie Annand, trialist defender (!) Ross Currie and trialist striker Emilie Obidile, who played at left midfield. Gretna then got two back before Ricky Gillies scored a great lob and a certain Barry Lavety completed the scoring with a great goal from 20 yards.
It will be interesting to see who get contracts. The other trialist striker, Darren Jack, was supposedly very poor, and I don't know how the trialist right back David van Zanten got on. It remains to be seen which of Annand, Lavety and Obidile get contracts.
