The midfielder has been in fine form since signing for Saints on loan at the end of August, but the current deal ends at the end of the year. Most Saints fans have been worried about what will happen if he leaves, hwever it looks likely that this will not be a problem.
Speaking to Clyde Sport last night, the Saints gaffer said he'd soon be talking to Rangers about extending the loan deal, so obviously he wants to keep them.
It will do Charlie much more good to be playing reguarly rather than in the reserves so hopefully they'll see sense and let us keep him.
