Haddad has only started four games for us, although has made a number of appearances from the substitutes. Saints boss Danny Lennon had been keen to keep the former Telstar and AZ Alkmaar man, who can play in defence and midfield, until the end of the season and had offered him a contract until the end of the season. However, that was a few months ago and it has now been taken off the table, meaning the Moroccan born player will leave next month.
Haddad looked reasonably solid on his home debut against St Johnstone but has also looked a bit shaky at times - understandable considering his young age. There's no indication yet as to whether his imminent departure will mean we can sign someone else in January.
