Hamilton prices reduced

Last updated : 19 April 2011 By Stuart Gillespie

The prices for the Hamilton game in early April - and the game with Aberdeen a few days later - were cut to £9, increasing as the games got nearer. It was an odd move, but it saw bigger crowds - and we won both matches.

Buoyed by the success of the scheme on and off the park, Saints are trying it again for the crucial May Day clash at Greenhill Road. Tickets are available for £9 until a week today, at which point they go up to £13. Anyone buying their tickets on the day of the game will have to pay full price. There are also reductions for concession prices.

I don't agree with increasing the prices as the game gets nearer, but making it cheaper should ensure a bigger crowd for this massive match - especially with it being on TV.

Well done Saints!
