In a game that was nowhere near as exciting as ours against Hearts last night, Walter Smith's side raced into a 2-0 half time lead thanks to goals from Steven Davis and Lee McCulloch. The second half was pretty boring and they could even afford to miss a penalty.
The final will be played at Hampden on Sunday, March 21. It means there's no pressure, although a battle of the Saints would have provided a far more realistic chance of winning the trophy. But if we play like last night, who cares who we face!
We've faced Rangers twice before in cup finals, both times in the Scottish Cup. The first was back in 1934 when we were hammered 5-0 while the second, in 1962, saw us lose 2-0.
Third time lucky?
