The club have given out free tickets on a number of occasions over the past 15 years in a bid to boost the crowd, but it seems to have attracted more attention this time due to Braehead's involvement. A photoshoot today also saw involvement from Sports Minister Shona Robison and a local youth team, as well as Saints chairman Stewart Gilmour and Braehead general manager Peter Beagley, so the media seem to be taking notice of us.
This is a good game for the club to choose - it's right at the start of the Easter holidays and the attendance could have been badly affected by the match being on a Monday and live on Setanta.
Vouchers will be distributed to local schools and will also be available from the information point at Braehead. These can then be redeemed for tickets at the ground.
