Lappin Gets Scotland Call Up

Simon seems to have been a regular in the squad since the start of the year, having previously been at a few under 21 training camps and scored for the under 20 side. His inclusion for the friendly against Spain last month infuriated Saints boss Gus MacPherson as it meant he missed a Saints game. in the end Lappin was an unused sub, annoying Macpherson even more.

This time there are no such problems, as Saints don't have a game either day. Hopefully Simon will at least come off the bench in each game, and may even start them.
