Axed Saint Paul McKnight is apparently attrcting interest from Irish sides Coleraine and Glentoran. I would say these are from his homeland but my ignorance means I don't know if they are from the Northern or Republic part of Ireland. Anyway, it means clubs, though not superb ones, are interested in him which is a start. Whether he'll be as injury prone with them or not is anyone's guess.
Eddie Forrest, wh Motherwell released last season, is set to sign for some mob in Malta. Why is this of Saints significance I hear you ask? Well I'll tell you why. The article says that Forrest is expected to reject Saints in favour of the Malta team, who are playing in the UEFA cup next season. Hopefully thats the reason he's going and not our poor money offering.
Finally, it seems there are more redundancies at Love Street. Physio Colin Brow has quit after being asked to go part time. Community coach Matt Kerr also looks to be heading for the exit.
