Love Street stand sold to Morton

It is likely to be parts of the roof and other steel bits and bobs, although some of the seats may end up there too. They are also set to take some floodlights off our hands - all for the bargain price of £50,000. However, it is rumoured the costs of assembling the stand at Cappielow could be at least ten times that figure.

The news has been met with mixed reactions from Morton fans. Understandably, most Saints fans are thrilled at the prospect of some of our old ground ending up improving our rival's stadium!
