The pair both look like they will be leaving St James' Park in the summer and they were invited to Paisley by Saints assistant manager Tommy Craig, who used to be a coach at Newcastle.
Taylor is a striker who has scored 12 goals for Newcastle's reserve and youth sides this season and has previously been top scorer for the under-18s. He enjoyed a spell on loan at Ashington this season, bagging a few goals there, and has also been on trial at Bradford.
Nzuzi is a defender who seems to play at rightback, probably the area we least need to strengthen at the moment! He was born in the Congo but raised on Tyneside and seems to have attracted some interest from a few other clubs as well, having captained Newcastle's youth teams in the past.
It's worth noting that Taylor was one of a number of Magpies youngsters linked with Saints a few weeks ago and another of those, England under-19 striker Ryan Donaldson, looks likely to opt for a move to St Johnstone instead.
