McGinty Loan Deal Ended

McGinty missed most of last season through injury, but returned to fitness in the summer. However, he tore his hamstring in a friendly against Partick Thistle, but was loaned to Dundee to gain fitness. However, the injury has flared up again and the loan deal has been prematurely ended.
The latest setback for McGinty makes it even less likely that his contract will be renewed come the end of the season - regardless of the division we are playing in.
It's the latest part of Saints injury jinx, which has seen Billy Mehmet and Stewart Kean both ruled out of action in recent weeks.
