McLean Signs

The news comes from The Official Site. McLean had previously been linked with Saints as part of a move which would see Ian Ross go to Partick Thistle. Whilst Ross did indeed go to Thistle, McLean stayed at Firhill. A further attempt to bring him in was made over the last 24 hours, but Partick Thistle stopped the deal as they felt they didn't have enough strikers. The deal has now been completed, a move which makes Robbie Fowler's transfer to Manchester City look simple!
