The 27-year-old is a late graduate to the senior game, a bit like the recently released Gareth Wardlaw. Nine goals in 24 games is a decent return, but Wardlaw and Paul McQuade scored plenty at that level and failed to cut it in the SPL.
Moffat, who moved to Somerset Park from Girvan, is under contract with the Honest Men so a fee would need to be paid if we were to sign him.
