Bullock played the first two Saints games in January before being replaced by Chris Smith. He then disappeared from the squad entirely, with Craig Hinchcliffe replacing him on the bench.
The former Ross County and Dundee United keeper did well earlier in the season before beginning to make a few mistakes. First division side Livingston are trying to sign him on a pre contract agreement for next season.
SFL clubs seem to be able to make emergency loan signings at will, so Bullock could be back in first team action pretty soon, even if it is in the third division. New Montrose manager Jim Weir already looks to have signed one player from Saints since he was appointed, with Kevin McGowne set to become his assistant manager next season.
