The game kicks off at 3pm thought the pre match entertainment starts from 12.45pm. £10 if you want to sit, £8 to stand in the terraces and £2 if you are a kid. Right thats the business promo out the way.
Saints have assembeld a mixture of a team, with some legends, some current players plus some youngsters. Campbell Money, David Winnie, Brian Hamilton, George Shaw and Norrie McWhirter will all be on show, many of them having played in the Scottish cup final. Also present will be recently released players Tommy Turner, Iain Nicolson and gary Bomwna, along with Barry Lavety. Basher is sure to score, it's Cappielow and Barry not scoring there is unheard of. It's a nice mixture of the cup winning squad, the title winning squad and some of this seasons squad with Steven McGarry, Hugh Murray, David Lowing, Graham Guy, Chris Dolan and John Hillcoat completing the lineup.
Morton also have a number of old faces on display, such as goalkeeper David Wylie, Brian Reid, Rowan Alexander and current Kilmarnock player Alan Mahood. There are also three Dereks: Lilley, McArthur and Anderson.
Here's hoping for a Saints win in a meaningless game and if someone's going to it, can they do a match report for me?
