No Activity At Love Street

The Stewart Kean deal now looks totally dead, after Ayr rejected a bid of around £10,000 from Saints, which was all we could offer. There are various rumours suggesting that we offered a player in exchange, and even £10k plus the player, however the Saints player wasn't too pleased about being forced out of the door! No doubt that will be another happy chappy to join Mark Crilly, who didn't move to Stirling.

There remain rumours that we will still have a new striker by the end of the week, either from another club using a wildcard, or one who is unattatched. With Eddie Annand's departure we could really do with one, so hopefully the board can pull something out of the bag.
