O'Donnell, who has also played for Falkirk and Arsenal and should not be confused with the midfielder we recently released, has been linked with a move to Saints along with teammate Anton Flood. Lennon had said he wanted the pair in for a trial, but O'Donnell says he doesn't want that - pointing out he has played 60 times in the SPL before. It's a fair point!
Meanwhile, Flood was apparently subbed at half-time for United in their game against Sligo Rovers for not doing what he was told. Whether or not he pops up at Greenhill Road any time soon is anyone's guess.
