It includes many of the objections to the proposals and also details of the supposed 784 petition, which wasn't actually signed by 784 businesses but just people, some of whom were businesses!
Some of the objections are, quite frankly, laughable. Apparently pedestrian routes to the site are poor. Last time I checked it's fairly easy to walk from the town centre to Love Street using an incredible device called a pavement.
There seems to be a lot concerning another development taking business away from the town centre, such as Braehead and the Phoenix have done, though it conveniently misses out who voted those through. Other concerns include that it isn't the preferred site (the preferred one incredibly being acceptable, wonder why), it is too far from the town centre (despite a supermarket further from the town centre currently being built) and, best of all, there isn't enough business to go round (tell the folk at those other two sites about this).
