Quitongo Signs For Waterford

Waterford was where another former Saint, Paul Rudden, spent a bit of time last season before returning home to Scotland. It will be Jose's second spell with Waterford, though I don't know when he was there before.

Quitongo had two years at Love Street, from the summer of 2000 until summer 2002, and was played out of position most of the time. The few occasions he was on the wing he did well, but up front he was useless.
