The teenager was in the under-19 squad last month but picked up an injury that stopped him being considered for the match. He took another knock on Sunday a few minutes before his equaliser against Motherwell, but he has now been deemed fit enough for the squad.
The game against Holland will be played at the Falkirk Stadium on September 10. Fingers crossed he doesn't get injured this time!
