Saints chase Harkins

Harkins signed for Partick in 2007 and can play in defence as well as midfield. He is Scottish but started off his career at Blackburn Rovers and played for numerous lower league clubs down south before coming back to Scotland.

I know very little about the player but it seems we were interested in him last summer. Who knows if he is any good or not, but he must be half decent if Aberdeen want him as well.
