Saints Chase Holt

Holt would be the ideal player to fit into the defensive midfield role, with neither Andy Millen or Makr Reilly expected to feature too much next season. Holt may be relatively old at 33, but that's still a good bit younger than the other two!

Holt has picked up a few Scotland caps over the past couple of years, although has rarely impressed, and spent 2003/04 playing for Norwich City in the Premiership.

The story appeared in yesterday's Sunday Mail, but it should be pointed out that it first broke on Black and White Army, and this would not be the first time a newspaper has picked a story off of a website and treated it as fact!
