The wage bill was also reduced by £150,000 which isn't too bad, but the rest of the news is pretty grim. The debt is now in the £2million region, and it looks like the stadium move is the only option.
On that subject, there may be a bright spot. It seems that a company has been set up by the directors, which has paid back the debt we owed to Barr, and Saints now owe the debt to the directors. Could this mean someone other than Barr will be able to build the new ground? Here's hoping.
Aside from that, it really ia bad. I'm confused as to how the turnover for football has dropped so dramatically, as last season wasn't that much worse than the one before.
This just goes to show that we must move ground, and fans must support Saints.
