With so many players in other Scotland squads it's only right we have someone in contention to play in the first team. Despite being a late addition Sammy has a chance of making the bench, with Allan McGregor and Matt Gilks both struggling with injuries.
This is Samson's second Scotland call up in the last 12 months as he was a member of the party that went to Cyrprus last November.
