Seasiders trial for Haining

Haining played in Blackpool's win against Carlisle United last night, impressing as a second half substitute. He had previously been training with Oldham - whom he left in 2007 to join Saints - but, for whatever reason, wasn't offered a deal by them.

It'll be interesting to see if he gets offered a deal by Blackpool and how he gets on in the Championship, which is arguably a step up from playing for Saints.
