Why Setanta are doing this I don't know, but let's not complain! This means that, providing you have the equipment required to view the channel, you can watch it for nothing. Setanta Sports 1 can be found on channel 429 if you have Sky Digital.

Free programmes include The Final Whistle at 5pm, which I'm reliably informed has clips of all the goals from the SPL games, as well as The Full SPL at 10pm, which includes extended highlights of Saints match against Dunfermline at East End Park.

It should be pointed out that if you have Sky Digital, The Full SPL is always available for free from 11.30am to 1pm on Sunday mornings.
