The Legend Continues

It had to be. When I found it Albion Rovers had scored a last minute winner against Morton, I knew it had to be Mark Yardley. His record against them is impressive (11 goals for Saints against them in competitive games), and sure enough it was him. The Evening Times reports that a few Saints fans went along to the game and invaded the pitch after he scored!

In the interview with Yards, the big man also says that Saints boss John Coughlin sent him a text message to congratulate him on his goal!

All the best to Yards, here's hoping Albion get promoted and keep Morton down.
