Thomson scored twice for the Buddies this season but towards the end of the campaign revealed he had decided to move down to London to start a career as a financial adviser. He also mentioned his former Brighton team-mate Nicky Forster managed Dover and he might end up signing for them so he could keep playing.
That move has been completed today meaning the experienced midfielder - who scored twice in our famous 4-0 win over Celtic - will be playing in English football's sixth tier next season.
All the best Thommo!
