The man coming in is Liam Keogh, a young striker from Celtic who will be with us until the end of the season. Keogh has been told he will not be given a new contract by Celtic, so will be trying to win a permanent deal with Saints. During the week he scored the goal that won Celtic the SPL Under 21 league.
The man leaving is John Dempster, a young striker who was signed at the start of the season and has only played in one first team game. His contract was up at the end of the season, but Stranraer have signed him before the transfer deadline. I wish John all the best at his new club.
