Trigger Signs For Ayr

Trigger was, unsurprisngly, linked with a return to Love Street, but it never happened. He will combine playing for Ayr next season with work in a bank in Renfrew. Barry was a vital part of our title season and scored a few goals along the way. He was good in the following two season as well before moving to Kilmarnock. He should have got a testimonialeason as well but it never appeared.
Meanwhile, two other former Saints have signed contract extensions at Somerset Park. Ludovic Roy, the goalie of the title team, has signed a two year deal, whilst former Saints trialist Dougie Ramsay has also signed up. Seems like Ayr are going for a quick return to division one
