Trio To Sign

Stevenson has been linked with a move to Love Street for a few months now, and it is almost definite that he will leave current club St. Johnstone for the Real Saints within the next week or so. I know very little about him, except that he is a midfielder who once played for Chelsea. I don't even know where abouts in midfield he plays.

The extended stay of MacPherson and Millen is good news. The management team have done extremely well since being appointed just over a year ago, taking Saints on an eleven month unbeaten run in home league games, and also guiding us to the top of the table for the first time in four years. The form in recent weeks has dipped slightly, but last weekend's thrashing of Hamilton suggests things could soon be on the up again.

The pair were told recently that there wouldn't be any more signings until they signed their new contract. With Stevenson arriving soon, we can assume that they have signed, or will sign, the new contracts very soon.
