Vanzy's Saints Career Over?

van Zanten picked up the knee injury in training last Thursday and any surgery would surely mean the end of the season due to the time needed to regain full fitness. As Saints have nothing to play for, it is likely he wouldn't be rushed back into the first team.

There have been rumours for the best part of a year about Vanzy's future, with Swansea City supposed to be interested. Other Championship and League One sides are also said to be tracking him, while he supposedly rejected a contract offer last year.

If he has played his last game for us, it's a sad way for his five year stay at Love Street to end.
