Vata Love Street Bound?

Vata was released by St. Johnstone a few weeks ago, having signed for them during the January transfer window. He has been capped more than 50 times by Albania and has also played for Celtic and LR Ahlen. He's now 35 and is looking to stay in Scotland, despite having an offer to go back to Ahlen.

I can't say I'm too thrilled about the news. We already have two very experienced, and old, midfielders, though Vata can play in defence as well. We should be trying to get another striker before we go looking at other players, and if we're going for midfielders or defenders ones who are about ten years younger!

Vata didn't exactly do much at St. Johnstone last season. In my opinion he'd be a terrible signing. Hopefully Teletext have got things wrong.
