The pair in question are Paul Lambert and Simon Lappin at Norwich City. Lambert - who won the Scottish Cup with Saints in 1987 - is the manager at Carrow Road, while Lappin - part of the first division winning side in 2006 - has played around half their league games this season.
The pair won League One last season and have carried that momentum on in the Championship. Results yesterday saw them clinch their place in next season's Premiership and it'll be interesting to see how they get on.
I must be honest and didn't think Lambert was that good a manager as his record hadn't been that good before going to Norwich. Clearly I was wrong!
