Yards Sent Off!

Yards apparently kicked some Raith bloke, who was lying on the ground, in the last few seconds of the game. Quite why he felt the need to do this is beyond me, especially as it was only a friendly which Albion Rovers were going to win. He will now miss Albion's first game of the season against East Fife in the challenge cup on Saturday.

This will no doubt be a grudge game as the Fifers pipped Albion for promotion in the final seconds of last season. Here's hoping Boom Boom can fire them to the title this season!
