As the guy said in the advert "Mr Ambassador, you are really spoiling us". There was me thinking St. Johnstone were ripping the fans off wanting £16/£17 for entry to their ground. But no, their lovely chairman has chopped a quid off it and is allowing the away end to be opened. Fan flipping tastic.
And it's not just the away fans, the home fans have to pay ridiculous prices as well. They are also being charged £15 when the next most expensive in the first division is £13.50 to access the stand at Brockville. Brown said in The Herald today that the Falkirk fans can't complain about the £15 for admission as thats what they charge for their stand. That's absolute rubbish, they may be doing it for your mob as a way of getting their own back, but for the rest its £13.50, £3.50 less than what the Perth team were originally charging.
But even £13.50 is a bit much, most teams charge £11 or £12 absolute max. St. Mirren charge £13 when the fans are in the main stand, but the rest of the time its £11 or £12.
Get it sorted St. Johnstone, you need to chop off another £2 at least.
