As this is the first edition since January, I'll also round up some of the loose ends from then.

Mark Brown: We desperately need another keeper and the Celtic goalie's name keeps being mentioned.
Colin Coates: Northern Ireland international defender who plays for Crusaders is supposedly a target.
Scott Cuthbert: Had a good loan spell with Saints last season and may be looking to leave Celtic permanently.
John Fleck: A well known wind-up merchant put this one on another forum, but Rangers could loan him out to get first team experience.
Michael Higdon: The big Falkirk striker is as good as signed according to some folk, although he may change his mind now that John Hughes has gone to Hibs.
Jamie Langfield: Little chance of Aberdeen letting him go but apparently Gus MacPherson did try to get the experienced keeper.
Steve Lovell: Another Falkirk striker who is apparently stalling on a contract at Westfield.
Brian McLean: Big Motherwell defender who is out of contract and someone we've gone for before.
Keigan Parker: Available on a free after being released by Huddersfield and supposedly looking to return to Scotland.
Craig Samson: He trained with us towards the end of last season. Hopefully nothing in this as he's not very good!
Graeme Smith: Rangers shot stopper who may be brought in to provide cover for Mark Howard.
Derek Soutar: Currently at Ross County but Saints are supposedly interested in the former Aberdeen keeper, as are some English clubs.
Stefan Stam: Another big defender who is available on a free after being released by Oldham.
Marc Twaddle: We tried to sign the Partick Thistle leftback in January and there are rumours that we will renew our interest in him.

Mo Camara: Supposedly has another year on his contract but wants to leave.
Craig Dargo: Offered a two year contract but on reduced terms so could decide to leave.
Andy Dorman: Ho hum. Take your pick of the Old Firm and half the English Championship this time around.
Will Haining: The defender is almost certainly away after apparently failing to land a new contract.
Gary Mason: Supposedly offered a new deal, but there's also interest from Kilmarnock.
Marc McAusland: Offered a new deal, but also wanted by Queen of the South and a number of English clubs.
Billy Mehmet: Hearts link has recently resurfaced but he has at least another 12 months on his contract.
CONFIRMED
Jim Hamilton: Well, he left eventually I suppose!
Ryan McCay: Already knew he was going in January and is now clubless.
Tonet: Ditto.
NOT HAPPENING
Craig Brewster: Mad rumour. He ended up at Ross County.
Sean Burns: Possible loan move to Stenhousemuir failed to materialise.
Gary Harkins: Partick Thistle midfielder now looks set to stay at Firhill.
Mark Howard: Linked with moves to Rangers and Notts Forest but signed a new contract.
Stevie Smith: Red tape scuppered this one and it's unlikely he'll move after forcing his way back into the Rangers team.
Robbie Winters: The usual January window rumour, but he decided to sign for Clyde. Mind you, he is without a club again...
